This Strawberry Scones w/Lemon Glaze recipe is definitely not as easy as the video makes it out to be. All is well until it's time to mix the dough and then prepping for baking. You will need your flour on hand , as you will need to add additional flour to make the dough pliable enough to manipulate, fold and cut into the triangle shapes. Also, for the lemon glaze it states to use one tablespoon of lemon juice - you will need two tablespoons! Enjoy!
