Mango Habanero Ginger Crab Legs


2 lbs crab legs (steamed)

2 tbspns mango habanero seasoning

2 tbspns gingerbread spice seasoning

2 tbspns butter

2 tbspns olive oil


Place mango habanero & gingerbread spice seasonings in a bowl. Add olive oil and mix together into a paste.

Heat a wok (or large skillet) on medium heat. Add butter to the skillet

Add crab legs to skillet once butter has melted and stir around for 1-2 minutes to warm

Add mango habanero & the gingerbread spice paste to crab legs stir in, making sure they are coated - 5 minutes.

Use prongs to remove and plate.

Butter Sauce:

4-5 tablespoons of melted butter

1/2 lemon squeezed

1/4 tspn old bay seasoning

1/4 tspn hot sauce (Red Hot)


Mix everything together and start dipping away!!
