This Key Lime Pie recipe is a quick and easy dessert. However, it called for cool whip of which I did not have, so I searched for a substitute. It was amazing and I will be using it again.

I also used mini graham cracker crusts, which is much better if you have littles and good portion control for adults *wink wink*
