Italian Sausage with Yellow Peppers & Green Beans


1 package of Italian sausages

2 tbspn of butter (divided)

1-2 yellow peppers (cut into strings)

1 package of egg noodles

1-2 jars of Alfredo sauce

1 package of frozen green beans (steam in a bag is best)


In a medium skillet, put one pat of butter and the package of Italian sausages. Cook sausages until fine throughout about 10-15 minutes. Cut in 1/2 inch slices (on a slant) set aside.

Cut up the yellow peppers and place in the same skillet the sausage was in with another pat of butter. Cook until soft. 5-7 min.

In a medium pot, bring the pot of water to boil, following the package directions (I always add about a teaspoon of salt and a tbspn of oil to the water) over noodles are done, drain.

Cook (steam) bag of green beans, then add sauce to the medium pot, bring to a simmer, and then place the noodles, green beans, yellow peppers, and Italian sausages. Mix together. For 1-2 min and then serve.

Garnish with cilantro or parsley
