HoneyDew Gingersnap

4-5 frozen honeydew balls
2.5 oz pineapple vodka
.5 oz lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
ginger beer
thyme leaves and chopped ginger for garnish


Using a ball scooper - scoop 4-5 balls of honeydew (you can scoop more for more drinks, this recipe is for one drink) place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put in the freezer for 2-3 hrs
Place the frozen honeydew balls in a glass.
Pour vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker (with ice). Shake up.
Pour over mixture over the frozen honeydew balls and top with ginger beer.

Garnish and Enjoy!!
