This Dutch Baby recipe is super easy! It was my first time making, I would not use as much butter next time and I would try bread flour (as suggested in the comments of the recipe) to get a higher rise!
For my garnish. I used apricot preserve, strawberries and blackberries! I also added a 1/2 tspn of lemon extract to the batter!
It tasted AH-MAZING!! I will definitely use this for hosting brunches!
