1 bag buffalo chicken strips (I used Tysons)
I bunch celery (chopped-1 stalk per burrito)
2 cups monterey jack cheese
1 bottle, cucumber ranch dressing (I used Kraft)
6-8 large large flour tortillas
1/4 cup chopped cilantro for garnish
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Prepare chicken strips per the directions on the bag. Set aside
Reduce oven to 375 degrees
Spoon 1-2 tbspns of cheese down the center of each tortilla. Place tortillas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (you will need more than one baking sheet or use one multiple times) place baking sheet in the oven for 3-5 min until cheese is melted.
Remove the tortillas with tongs to plate.
Place 1 or 2 chicken strips (depending on the size) on top of the melted cheese on a tortilla, drizzle some dressing, additional cheese, then place celery on top.
Garnish with cilantro on top and then fold over the tortilla to close.
